Quick fixes for recording, transcription, sharing, and reminders.

Voice recording does not start

Open iPhone Settings → Apps → TapJot and allow Microphone access. Then reopen TapJot and try again.

A transcript is missing or inaccurate

Open the voice note, choose the spoken language, and use Transcribe Again. The first use of a language may need its Apple speech model to download.

TapJot is missing from the Share Sheet

Open the Share Sheet, choose More or Edit, then enable TapJot. Open TapJot once after installation before trying again.

A reminder is not appearing

Allow Notifications in iPhone Settings. Open the note, confirm its reminder is active, and verify that the selected date and time are in the future.

Before reporting an issue

Install the latest TapJot update, restart the app, and include your iPhone model, iOS version, and the exact step where the issue occurs in your App Store support request.
